Richard J. Krysztoforski

I’ve been doing improv for over 14 years, studying, performing, and directing both in the U.S. and internationally. I founded and direct the Cat’s Cradle Ensemble (catscradleimprov.com), which ran a year-long Off-Broadway residency focused on emotionally grounded, high energy, ensemble-driven work. I’ve also performed on house teams at Magnet Theater and Reckless Theater.

Outside the improv world, I bring 17+ years in learning and development, coaching, and curriculum design. I’m focused on helping people improve through clear feedback, smart practice, and work that actually translates to the stage.
