Ben Koch

Hello funny humans! My name is Ben and I have been doing improv for over 8 years. I started in college at Appalachian State University where I focused on short-form. After that I continued my training at the DSI theater in Carrboro, North Carolina where my focus shifted to long-form. Shortly after I moved to New York in 2012, I started studying improv and sketch comedy at the Magnet Theater. I currently play on two house teams at the Magnet theater (Dinosaur Jones - Sketch, & Tallulah - improv).

I am a friendly and laid-back person and take my coaching, directing, and writing very seriously so if you want a coach who will support play and build team energies, I am the coach for YOU!
